We stand behind our reputation and will continue to serve our community with the values instilled by our funeral directors.

Since 1919 Rudolph P. Foster, Clifford C. Foster, and Paul E. Foster have been serving the Fulton-Hannibal and Central New York communities. During that time, they have established one of the most reliable funeral homes. In February 2019, due to health concerns, Paul made the decision to sell Foster Funeral Home to Greg and Debbie Rollings of Rollings Funeral Service. 

Though times may have changed, our commitment never has. We are caring professionals you and your family can rely on when needed the most. There is a difference in funeral homes — Oswego County and Central New York families know this — it's trust, honesty, and commitment to our community, and a commitment to service.

There is always a licensed funeral director available to respond to your family's needs 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. It's the way things started here in 1919, and it's still reflected at Foster Funeral Home today.
