Obituary of Randy Williams Frank “Randy” Williams, 66, of Fulton passed away Thursday after an extended illness. A Fulton native, Randy worked as a self-employed painter for many years and was a previous member of the Painters Local 38, Oswego. He was an avid Yankees, Colts and SU fan. Randy was a social and caring person, who could make friends with anyone, anywhere. Randy will be greatly missed and forever loved by his children, John (Lisa) Williams and Andrea Williams; grandchildren, Lena, Lydia and Logan; former spouse, Donna Williams and brother, Lee Williams, Jr. Calling hours are Tuesday, November 21 from 10 a.m. to 12 noon with a service to immediately follow at Foster Funeral Home, 910 Fay St., Fulton.
