Obituary of Jeanette K. McIntyre December 22, 2015 Jeanette K. McIntyre, 88, of Sterling passed away Tuesday, December 22 at St. Luke Health Services in Oswego. She grew up in Oswego, the daughter of the late Edward and Lillian Rossiter Knopp. Jeanette was married to Paul L. McIntyre in 1951 and they lived in Sterling for 64 years. She had many interests; some of those were patchwork quilting, genealogy searches and traveling. She was predeceased by a grandson, Peter L. Eason. Jeanette is survived by her husband, Paul and four children, Marilyn (Robert Rowland) McIntyre of Granby, Paul McIntyre of San Diego, Marjorie (Art) Shortslef of Sterling and Thomas (Donna) McIntyre of Sterling; eight grandchildren and several great-grandchildren. Burial will be private. There are no calling hours.
