William R. Knapp, Jr.

William R. Knapp, Jr., 53, of Fulton, NY, passed away at Crouse Hospital on Saturday, January 18, 2025, after a long illness. Born in Syracuse, he was the son of the late William, Sr. and Bernadine Knapp. William was a hard worker and began working at 11 years old on a dairy farm. He worked several jobs until he was no longer able to due to his illness. William loved fishing, video games, and watching TV. He especially enjoyed grilling for his family and friends. William will always be remembered for being a loving fiancé and father.

Surviving are his loving fiancé of 31 years, Jamie R. Pollock; his three children, Andrew Pollock, Marshal Knapp, and Alexander Knapp; brother, Richard (Teresa) Knapp; six other siblings; niece, Kayla Knapp-Perez; nephews, Richard Jr., and JJ Knapp; his mother in law, Beverly Gray; sister in law, Dorothy Darling and several close friends.

In respects to William’s wishes there will be no services. A Celebration of Life will be held from 1pm – 4pm on Saturday, February 8, 2025, at the Elks Lodge #830, 57 Pierce Dr. Fulton, NY. Foster Funeral Home has care of arrangements.
