Obituary of William Gannon April 25, 2016 William “Bill” Gannon, 83, of Fulton, passed away on Monday April 25 at Oswego Hospital. He retired from Sealright Packaging Co. in Fulton after many years. Bill served in the U.S. Army and was an avid dirt track racing fan, traveling many miles to watch races. He loved to spend time with friends sightseeing. Bill was predeceased by his parents, William and Louise Gannon, brother, Frank Gannon and longtime companion, Theresa Conn. Surviving are children, Sally (Dan) DeStevens, Sandra Parkhurst (Keith Kane) and Pam (Ed) Yates; sister-in-law, Kathleen Gannon; grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was loved by many and will be missed by all who knew him. Calling hours are 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday April 28 at Foster Funeral Home, 910 Fay Street, Fulton with a 1 p.m. graveside service on Friday April 29 at Mt. Adnah Cemetery, East Broadway in Fulton.
