William J. Branshaw

Obituary of William J. Branshaw May 20, 2015 William Branshaw, 72, of Granby passed away Wednesday at home surrounded by his family. Bill had worked as a baker for many years around the Oswego area, including time managing Dan-Dee Donuts in Oswego. William was predeceased by his parents, Catherine M. Smith and William H. Branshaw; a son Joseph and brothers John and Edward. He is survived by his wife, Margaret Crouse Branshaw; daughters, Amy (Jay) Branshaw of North Syracuse, Sandra (David) Cast of Granby, Penny (Ben) Kennedy of Eustis, FL and Brenda (Jeff) Pinkstaff of Brandon, FL; sons, Michael and Matthew of Granby and William of Albany; 17 beloved grandchildren and several great-grandchildren; brothers, Robert and James; sisters, Florence, Ann and Cathy; several cousins, nieces and nephews. Calling hours are Saturday, May 23 from 2 to 4 p.m. with a service to follow at Foster Funeral Home, 910 Fay St., Fulton. Burial will be Tuesday, May 26 at 1:30 p.m. in Peck Cemetery, County Route 4, Scriba.
