Obituary of Wayne C. Royal November 29, 2014 Wayne C. Royal, 74, of Pennellville, has joined his soul mate, Susan, on November 29, 2014. He served his community for 13 years at Pennellville Volunteer Fire Department. During his time he was board member and treasurer. Wayne was a long time racer at Brewerton and Fulton Speedway. He retired from the Town of Schroeppel Highway Department. Wayne was known for his kind heart and generosity. His pride and joys of life were his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Wayne was predeceased by his wife, Susan in 2013 and two sisters, Nancy Bushey and Joyce Stewart. He will be forever loved and missed by his three children, Duane (Sandy Winklestine) Royal of Pennellville, Gail (John) Radley of Pennellville and Holly (Rick) Pearson of Lacona; five grandchildren, David, Matthew, Sarah, Brittany and Michael; 3 great-grandchildren, Jordan, Juliana and Jacob; one sister, Paulette McSweeney of MA; one brother, Rodney (Pat) Royal of MA as well as several nieces and nephews. Calling hours are Friday from 2 to 4 pm at Foster Funeral Home, 910 Fay St., Fulton, where a memorial service will follow at 4 pm.
