Obituary of Walter N. Love August 29, 2015 Walter N. Love, 85, of Liverpool, formerly of Sandy Creek, passed away Saturday at home with his loving family by his side. Born in Bellshill, Scotland to the late Samuel and Margaret Gold Love, he had resided in the Central N.Y. area since moving to the U.S. in 1956. Walter worked as the Comptroller of the Blount Lumber Company for 25 years. Walter enjoyed spending time with his family, was an avid golfer and loved walking at Destiny USA and Onondaga Lake Park with his friends. He was a 33rd Degree Scottish Rite Mason and member of Media Shrine Temple and the Royal Order of Jesters Court #142. In addition to his parents, Walter was predeceased by his brother, Thomas Love. Walter was loved dearly by his wife of 61 years Emily; children, Janice (David) Fort, Derek (Debbie) Love, Donna (Christopher McGraw) Love and Dianne (John Novak) Love; grandchildren, Joshua Fort, Jennifer Eddy, Jacqueline Fort, Heather (Michael) Stam, Trevor Love and Andrew Haworth; great-grandchildren, Austin Eddy and Brayden Stam; nephew, Brian Love; nieces Shelia Love and Allison Turner.
