Obituary of Virginia M. Clark June 9, 2016 Virginia M. Clark passed away on Thursday, June 9 at Oswego Hospital after an extended illness. A native of Phoenix, Mrs. Clark was a life resident of Volney. She worked as a laborer at Nestle Company in Fulton during the war. Mrs. Clark was a communicant of the Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Fulton. She was a member of VFW Post 569 Auxiliary and the American Legion in Oswego. She was predeceased by her husband, Alfred L. Clark, Sr., who died in 1995. She will be greatly missed and forever loved by her six children, Nancy (Charles) Davis of Oswego, Alfred “Butch” Clark of Pulaski, Gary (Mary) Clark of Oswego, Joseph Clark of Colorado, Mary Jane Lamphier of Oswego and Margaret Abare of Arizona; one brother, Benny Lazzaro of Oswego; four sisters, Rose Tripolone of Syracuse, Alfia Brace of Oswego, Jenny Munger of Fulton and Grace Campbell of Central Square; 20 grandchildren; several great grandchildren as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, June 15 11 a.m. at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, corner of So. Third and Rochester Streets, Fulton. Calling hours will be held on Tuesday, June 14 from 4 to 7 p.m. at Foster Funeral Home, 910 Fay Street, Fulton. Burial will be at St. Mary’s Cemetery, So. Seventh St., Fulton.
