Obituary of Veronica Louise Ballard June 17, 2016 Veronica Louise Ballard, 68, of Oswego, passed away on Friday, June 17, at Morningstar Care Center. She was born on September 12, 1947, in Bedford Hills, NY, a daughter to the late Orin and Lena Trepasso Hubbard. Louise was a hairdresser for several years with owning many shops over the years. She enjoyed music and the outdoors. She is survived by several siblings as well as many nieces and nephews. Calling hours will be on Thursday, June 23 from noon to 2 p.m. at Foster Funeral Home, 910 Fay Street, Fulton, where a service will immediately follow at 2 p.m. Burial will be at St. Mary’s Cemetery, So. Seventh St., Fulton.
