Obituary of Valerie J. Goss August 28, 2016 Valerie J. Goss, 75, of Fulton, passed away on Sunday, August 28, 2016 at Oswego Hospital. She was born on June 6, 1941, in Watertown, a daughter to the late Charles and Helen Mae Ransier Goss. She enjoyed several hobbies including, walking, reading, playing games, cooking and watching movies. Val volunteered at the Salvation Army, enjoyed charity crafting, and operated a prison ministry. She was a member of Lakeside Christian Ministries, Fulton. She was predeceased by her daughter, JoVonna (Cregg) Jones in 2010 and nine siblings. She will be greatly missed and forever loved by her three daughters, Bridgette (Jerry) Seguin of Fulton, Mary (Bob) Nearbin of Oswego and Holly Skinner of Massena; ten grandchildren, Ali Beck, Kelly Bush, Timmy Stetson, Christopher Stetson, Bobbi Skinner, Kenny Caskinett, Isaih Petersen, Bridgette Petersen, Jalon Jones and Jala Jones; 12 great-grandchildren as well as several nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held 3 p.m. on Friday, September 2 at Foster Funeral Home, 910 Fay Street, Fulton.
