Obituary of Timothy Wayne Smith December 24, 2015 Timothy W. Smith, 66, of Fulton, passed away on Thursday, December 24, at Oswego Hospital. He was born on March 16, 1949, in Massena, to the late Elwood and Ella LaDue Smith. Tim was an avid outdoorsman and hunter. Along with his parents he was predeceased by his wife, Carolyn Cotton Smith; one brother, Elwood Smith; two sisters, Vicki Smith and Renee Small and two grandchildren, Alex Blair and Ashlee Blair. He is survived by two daughters, Tia (Ben) Morrell of Hannibal and Jaime (Victor) Blair of Fulton; six grandchildren, Brittany (Christopher) Campbell, Felicia Bond, Morgan Bond, Victor T. Blair, Michael Blair and Trever Morrell; 1 great-granddaughter, Alexandria Campbell; nine siblings, Elizabeth (Ronald) Casey of Massena, Frances (George) Roundy of Canastota, James (Joan) Smith of Palermo, Donna Raspitha of Massena, Terry Smith of Fulton, Kendra Smith of Massena, Charles (Kathy) Smith of Oneida, Robert Smith of Massena and Christine (Michael) Lanning of Florida; one sister-in-law, Rebecca Smith of Fulton; one brother-in-law, Robert Small of Massena as well as several nieces and nephews. All services will be held privately. Burial will be in North Volney Cemetery.
