Obituary of Thomas W. Roberts August 26, 2016 Thomas W. Roberts, 60, of Utica, formerly of Fulton, passed away on Friday. Tom enjoyed working at Oswego Industries in Fulton and auto racing. He was predeceased by his three maternal aunts. Thomas will be greatly missed by his mother, Beverly Rice and step-father, Richard Rice. A calling hour will be from 10 to 11 a.m. on Friday, September 2 with a service to immediately follow at 11 a.m. at Foster Funeral Home, 910 Fay St., Fulton. Burial will be in Pine Plains Cemetery, Clay.
