Obituary of Thomas Arthur Loveland December 12, 2015 Thomas Arthur Loveland, 73, of Timmonsville, SC was called on to be an Angel, Saturday, December 12, 2015. Born on April 5, 1942 in Watertown, NY, he graduated from Watertown High, and served in the United States Navy briefly, before starting his career at which he retired at Carrier. Thomas also served his community as a volunteer firefighter at the Granby Center Fire Department for years, prior to retiring. He enjoyed tinkering around the house, yard and his workshop. Often found at local flea markets searching for treasures to be shared with family. Thomas adored spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. Thomas is survived by his wife, Mae Loveland; his daughters, Susanne (Don) Loveland Curtis, Joann Loveland Higgs; his step-daughter, Kelly Johnson; two grandchildren, Sierra Sheradin, and Logan Higgs; his sisters, Diane Kempney and Elaine Landis; his twin brother, Doug Loveland, brothers, Clarence Loveland, Jr, Terry Sherette, Jerry Sherette, and Mike Shelmidine as well as many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents, Helen and Clarence Loveland, Sr. Calling hours are 4 to 8 p.m. Monday, December 21 at Foster Funeral Home, 837 Cayuga Street in Hannibal with services 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
