Obituary of Sandra J. DeBalso July 7, 2016 Sandra Jean DeBalso, 80 of Fulton, passed away Thursday, July 7 at Oswego Hospital. After 36 years of service, she retired in 1998 from Fulton City Schools as a cook manager. She was a member of First United Church of Fulton. Sandra enjoyed shopping, playing cards, baking; especially during the holiday’s and getting with her friends to play BUNCO. She was predeceased by two sisters, Shirley Andrews and Barbara Whalen. She will be greatly missed and forever loved by her two children, Dennis DeBalso of North Carolina and Crystal (Glenn) MacDougall of Fulton; two grandchildren, Sara Cooper-Wardhaugh of Fulton and Andrew (Sarah) Cooper of Pittsburgh; three great-grandchildren, Jeffrey, Joseph and Kaity; one sister, Rosemary (Ross) Bartlett of Fulton as well as several nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be held 2 p.m. Monday, July 18 at Fairdale Rural Cemetery, Co. Rte.7, Hannibal. There are no calling hours.
