Obituary of Ruth M. Webber June 24, 2014 Ruth M. Webber, 87, of Fulton, died peacefully and gracefully in her sleep on Tuesday after recovering from hip surgery at St. Joseph’s Hospital. Ruth was to love and be loved. Everyone who knew or had the opportunity to meet Ruth loved the sweet, kind person she was. Ruth’s love for her family is all she lived for. She was the strongest person you would ever meet. Ruth survived the Great Depression and World War II, she never asked for much and gave all in return. Ruth worked for 35 years at Sealright in Fulton. She enjoyed listening to music and loved to dance, but the most important part of her life was her children. She is predeceased by her husband, Albert Webber, Sr. who died in 2006 and by several brothers and sisters. Ruth is survived by her children, Susan Marie (John) DeMar of Las Cruces, N.M., David (Lee) Webber and Albert (Francine) Webber, Jr. both of Fulton; a sister, May Clark of Phoenix; seven grandchildren; six great grandchildren; one great, great granddaughter as well as several nieces, nephews and friends. Funeral services are 9:30 a.m. Saturday, June 28 at All Saints Episcopal Church, 153 South First St., Fulton. Burial will be in Chase Cemetery, Lysander. Calling hours are 4 to 7 p.m. Friday at Foster Funeral Home, 910 Fay St., Fulton. Contributions in memory of Mrs. Webber may be made to the American Red Cross, 344 W. Genesee St., Syracuse, NY 13202
