Obituary of Russell W. Price February 17, 2015 Russell W. Price, Jr., 34, of Fulton, died Tuesday. He was born in Oswego and lived all his life in Fulton. Russ was a graduate of G. Ray Bodley High School who enjoyed hunting, fishing, being outdoors and loved animals. He was predeceased by his mother, Nancy Dyer Ruscitto, who died in 2010 and by a grandmother, Beverly Price, who died in 1998. Russell is survived by his father and step-mother, Russell and Andrea Price of Fulton; his step-father, Ken Ruscitto of Fulton; sisters, Jolleen Podschlne of Maine and Britney Noyes of Fulton; a brother, Paul Price of Fulton; as well as several nieces and nephews.
