Obituary of Rose Elizabeth Conner Rose Elizabeth Southworth Conner, 81, passed on to be with our Lord on Wednesday, July 1, 2020 peacefully at home. She enjoyed crocheting, making no-bake cookies and was an NRA member and gun enthusiast. Rose and her husband, Al, spent a few years traveling around the country visiting family and friends and then it became time to just enjoy retirement. You might have seen her riding her yellow 3-wheeler around town or in Hannibal’s summer parade. Rose was predeceased by her husband, Alfred J. Conner, Jr. and two sons, Ronald James and Kurt Eric. Surviving are three daughters, Sheryl (Dan LaClair) Conner, Roberta (Scott) French and Tracy (Bruce) Papp; three sons, Gary Conner, Dale (Tammy) Conner and Shawn (Susan) Conner; 13 loving grandchildren; 15 adorable great-grandchildren and sister, Sally Crowe. A graveside service will be at 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday, July 8, 2020 at Oswego Town Rural Cemetery. For those wishing, donations may be made to your local Hospice Agency, the NRA or Alzheimer’s Association in Rose’s memory. Foster Funeral Home, Hannibal, has care of arrangements.
