Obituary of Robert "Bob" H. Vincent Robert “Bob” H. Vincent, 76, of Volney passed away July 7, 2020 at Seneca Hill Manor after a long illness. Born in Binghamton to the late John and Naomi Fredenberg Vincent, he had lived in the Fulton area for most of his life. He proudly served during the Vietnam War in the U.S. Navy from 1962-1966, followed by the Army Reserves. Bob enjoyed outdoor activities, including hunting, camping, fishing and taking sightseeing adventures. In addition to his parents, Bob was predeceased by his wife, Betty and brother, Jack Vincent. Bob will be greatly missed by his children, Yvonne (Michael) Vincent Knopp and Robert (Michelle) H. Vincent II; step-children, Patricia (Sherman) Shatrau, Suzanne Burdick, Earl (Marcia) Butler, Jr. and Michael Butler; grandchildren, Joshua Vincent, Ashley Vincent, William Vincent, Robert Vincent, Naomi Vincent, John Vincent, Stephanie (Chris) Elen, and Jamie (Taylor) Elen; great-grandchildren, Adeline, Braylin, Dante and Allie; sister, Linda (Paul) Anderson and several nieces and nephews. A celebration of Bob’s life will be held at a later date.
