Obituary of Richard Barnes July 5, 2014 Richard Barnes, 61, of Fulton, passed away Saturday. Born in Syracuse, he was a long time resident of the Fulton area. Richard had worked at Radio Shack in Oswego. He was predeceased by his parents, Richard and Gloria Barnes. Richard is survived by his wife Debbie and several other extended family members. A graveside service will be 10 a.m. Thursday at Mt. Adnah Cemetery, Section 28 in Fulton. There are no calling hours. Arrangements have been entrusted to Foster Funeral Home in Fulton.
