Polly A. Kinsman

Obituary of Polly A. Kinsman April 21, 2015 Polly A. Kinsman, 65, of Hannibal passed away early Tuesday morning at home. She was born in Oswego, a daughter to the late, Homer and Olive Wallace and lived most of her life in Hannibal. Polly graduated from Hannibal High School and S.U.N.Y. Oswego. She had worked for Oswego County D.S.S. and retired after 30 years of service as a New York State investigator. Polly and her daughter started a flower business Perennials Plus. She also owned and operated Siberian Iris Gardens. Polly is survived by her husband of 45 years, Homer “Russ” Kinsman of Hannibal; daughter, Michelle (Jim Wallace) Kinsman of Baldwinsville; two grandchildren, Jamie and Jenna Wallace; a brother, Donald (Sydney) Wallace of Hannibal; one niece, Debbie and a nephew, Fred. There are no calling hours or funeral services.
