Obituary of Patricia M. Phelps September 8, 2016 Patricia M. “Petunia” Phelps, 57, of Fulton passed away on Thursday. Patti enjoyed crocheting and being outdoors gardening, but above all she loved being a mother and grandmother. She was predeceased by her husband Richard, Jr. and her parents, John and Florence. Patricia will be greatly missed by her children, Trisha, Angel, Richard III and Devin Kellar; grandchildren, Ayden, Myleah, Avante, Trevin and Kayden Kellar; several brothers, sisters, aunts and uncles. Calling hours are Friday, September 16 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. with a service to immediately follow at Foster Funeral Home, 910 Fay St., Fulton.
