Obituary of Michael D. Garrett, Sr. Michael D. Garrett, Sr., 68, of Fulton, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, July 10, 2020 at home. Born in Fulton to the late Joseph and Hazel (Curtis) Garrett. He was a lifelong resident of the Oswego County area most recently residing in Georgia. Mike served in the United States Marine Corp from 1969-1971. He was predeceased by his brother Patrick in 2019. Surviving are his three children, Michael Jr., Rachel and Julie; several grandchildren, siblings, nieces and nephews. In respect to Mike’s wishes, there will be A Celebration of Life held at a later date. Foster Funeral Home, Fulton has care of arrangements.
