Obituary of Mary J. Nagel February 17, 2015 Mary J. Nagel, 86 of Volney, passed away Tuesday. A native of Ohio, Mary had lived in the Volney area for more than 60 years. Mary was an avid Tea Leaf Reader and enjoyed spending time with her family and watching the birds. She was predeceased by her husband, William Nagel who passed away in 2014, a daughter, Penny who passed away in 1953 and a daughter-in-law, Sonia. Mary will be greatly missed and forever loved by her children, Ben (Cathy) Nagel, Jim Nagel, Becky (Danny) Ingersoll and “adopted son” Bud Dodds; 10 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins. Calling hours and funeral services will be private. Foster Funeral Home in Fulton has care of arrangements.
