Obituary of Mark E. DeSilva February 20, 2016 Mark E. DeSilva, 56, of Fulton, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, February 20 at Oswego Hospital. He was born on January 29, 1960, in Holy Oak, MA, a son to the late Gerald and Millicent Becker DeSilva. Mark enjoyed hot wheels, movies, metal detecting and football. He will be greatly missed and forever loved by his wife, Cindy; six siblings, Cheryl DeSilva, Joseph DeSilva, Brian DeSilva, Theresa Dobler, Tracie Sanford and Tricia Malaxos as well as 17 nieces and nephews. A celebration of Mark’s life will be held at a later date.
