Marie M. Mills

Marie M. “Peg” Mills, born November 5, 1938, in Woodville, NY passed away on Monday, July 11, 2022, at the age of 83 after a brief illness.
Peg was a resident of Phoenix, NY and then Volney, NY, for the past 30 years. She attended Belleville Union Academy School, then retiring from Eagle Comtronics in Liverpool after 22 years.

She was preceded in death by parents, Clarence and Sylvia (Sprague Mellen) Presley; daughter, Cindy; brothers, Harley Mellen, Mervin Mellen and Clarence T. Presley; sisters, Marion Cox and Arlene Algarin along with her companion, Doris Shephard.

Peg is survived by her loving daughters, Kathy (Tom) Duskee of Central Square and Penny (Eric) Murad of East Syracuse; brother, William (Karen) Presley of Adams; and several nieces and nephews. She enjoyed crocheting, baking and painting. Peg was an amazing mother, daughter, sister, aunt and friend who will be missed by all who loved and knew her.

Calling hours will be held on Monday, July 18, 2022, from 5pm to 7pm at Foster Funeral Home, 910 Fay Street, Fulton, NY. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 19th, 2022, at 10 am at the funeral home with burial to follow in Phoenix Rural Cemetery.
