Obituary of Lynn F. Proper August 14, 2014 Lynn F. Proper, 66 of Altmar, passed away Thursday at University Hospital in Syracuse. Born in Rome, Lynnie – Poopoo had lived in the Rome area until moving to Altmar in 1992. He enjoyed singing, camping and spending time with his family and friends. He will be greatly missed by his wife of 36 years, the former Penny Cronk; children, Amy, Jennifer, Corey and Shelley; siblings, Fran, Joanne, Rhoda, Rhonda and Michael; nine grandchildren; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. A gathering will be held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are in the care of Foster Funeral Home, Fulton.
