Obituary of Lee Arthur Fowler March 18, 2016 Lee Arthur Fowler, 72, of Fulton, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, March, 18. He was born on February 3, 1944 to the late Raymond and Frances (Eckard) Fowler. Lee served in the US Army from 1963-1966 and was stationed in Germany. He was a dedicated employee of Windstream for 42 years where he worked as a switchman and retired in 2009. Lee was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting, fishing and golfing. He was a lifetime Yankees, Giants and SU Fan. Lee was a wonderful husband, dedicated and loving father and grandfather. He was loved and admired by all and will be missed. He was predeceased by an infant daughter, Lindsay and brother, Gary. He will be greatly missed and forever loved by his wife, Deb; two sons, Jonathan (Nicole) Fowler and Timothy Fowler; one daughter, Julie Fowler; four grandchildren, Matthew, Elianna, Kody and Dale; one brother, Mike (Carole) Fowler and many sister and brother-in-law’s, and nieces and nephews. Calling hours will be held on Tuesday, March 22 from 4 to 7 p.m. at Foster Funeral Home, 910 Fay Street, Fulton. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, March 23 11 a.m. at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, corner of So. Third and Rochester Streets, Fulton. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery (Bundyville) in the spring.
