Obituary of Lawrence "Bill" Shoults Lawrence B. “Bill” Shoults, 81, of Hannibal, passed away on Friday, February 5, 2021 at Upstate University Hospital. He was born in 1940, in Fulton, a son to the late Raymond and Isabelle Gage Shoults. Bill worked for many years as a caretaker at Hannibal Center Cemetery and Fairdale Rural Cemetery. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping and above all spending time with his family. Bill was loved by many people. He was predeceased by his wife, Beverly Shoults and daughter-in-law, Diane Shoults. Bill will be greatly missed and forever loved by his five children, Michael Shoults of Fulton, Ronald (Kathy) Shoults of Fulton, Etta Shoults of Fulton, Jackie (Dianna) Shoults of Fulton and William (Kristi) Shoults of Oswego; 15 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren. Calling hours will be from 12 to 2 p.m. at Foster Funeral Home, 910 Fay Street, Fulton. Face coverings and social distancing will be required. Burial will be in Hannibal Center Cemetery in the spring.
