Obituary of Kathy J. Ouderkirk Kathy J. Ouderkirk, 61, of Fulton passed away Saturday, August 29 at home with her family by her side. A Fulton native, she was born to the late Erwin Ouderkirk and Keitha Bonnie, and had worked as a Home Health Aide for Arise. Kathy’s job of caring for others also carried into her free time, she dedicated her life to caring for others. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her daughter, Michele Dillingham. Kathy will be forever missed by her children, Michael Shafer, Rochelle Dillingham and Brandon Ouderkirk; siblings, Kelly Ouderkirk, Kolleen Ouderkirk, Erwin Ouderkirk, Deborah Peterson and Pamela Peterson; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Calling Hours are Thursday, September 3 from 12 noon to 2 p.m. at Foster Funeral Home, 910 Fay St., Fulton. Private burial will be in Mt. Adnah Cemetery, Fulton.
