Obituary of Judith M. Kerr May 6, 2014 Judith M. Kerr, 74 of Fulton, died Tuesday, May 6th at University Hospital in Syracuse. Born in Syracuse, Judy was a life resident of Fulton. She was predeceased by her husband, John H. Kerr, who died in 2003; sisters, Arlene Ostrander, Marion Hyde and Margaret Jackson and a brother, Arthur Ostrander. Surviving are: a son, John J. (Dawn) Kerr of Morehead City, NC; a daughter, Karen L. (Kevin) Hermann of Amityville, NY; two sisters, Susan Scoggins of Liverpool and Karen Chiarella of Minetto; nine grandchildren, Allyson and Nicholas Kerr and Alexandra, Ashley, Viktoria, Christine, Timothy, Thomas and Jack Hermann; several nieces and nephews. A calling hour will be held from 1 to 2 p.m. on Wednesday, May 7, 2014 with a service to follow at Foster Funeral Home, 910 Fay Street, Fulton. Burial will be at Jacksonville Cemetery, Lysander.
