Obituary of Juanita Dobbin VanLinder January 6, 2014 Juanita Dobbin VanLinder, 101, of Fulton, died Monday at Michaud Residential Health Services in Fulton. Juanita was a homemaker and worked at Mimi’s Drive Inn as a light cleaner for 30 years, retiring in 2004. She was an animal caretaker and was known to take in stray animals. Juanita was predeceased by her husband, Byron A. VanLinder in 1966; her daughters, Nancy VanLinder in 1947, Merlin Townsend in 1997 and Sally Leubner in 2013; two sons, Lee VanLinder in 2010 and Carl VanLinder in 2012. She is survived by two daughters, Patti (Rodney) Leubner of Aurora and Irene Hall of Oswego; 19 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren and seven great-great-grandchildren. There are no calling hours. Graveside services will be in the spring at Jacksonville Cemetery, Lysander. Contributions may be made to the Oswego County Humane Society, 265 West First St., Oswego, NY 13126.
