Joyce M. Terpening

Joyce M. Terpening, 81, of Hannibal was reunited with her husband, Robert, on Friday, August 2, 2024. Joyce was dearly loved by her children and was surrounded by that love in her passing.

Born on May 14, 1943, daughter to the late Lloyd and Marion (Samson) Crego. She was a member of the Eastern Stars. Joyce enjoyed her life with family and friends. She loved water skiing, gardening, crafting and had a passion for sewing. She had owned her own business: Crate Decorating and Gramma’s Stitchery.

In addition to her husband and parents, she was predeceased by her brother, John H. Crego.

Joyce will be forever loved and missed by her children, Mindy (Todd) France, Robin (Brett) Cary, Ernest (Anita) Terpening, and Tammy Terpening; 10 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren and was expecting her first great-great grandson; along with several nieces and nephews.

In respect to Joyce’s wishes, there will be no calling hours or services. A private graveside will be held in Ira Union Cemetery. Foster Funeral Home has care of arrangements.
