Obituary of John P. Libra December 21, 2015 John P. Libra, 56 of Fulton, passed away Monday on after a long battle with cancer. He was born on April 11, 1959, a son to the late Joseph and Jean Libra. In his spare time, John enjoyed his motorcycle. He was a very generous and loving man. He was predeceased by his parents and daughter, Nicole Libra. John is survived by three daughters, April (Anthony) Frank of Pennsylvania, Kelly (Dan Crowe) Graves of Fulton and Rebecca Libra of Fulton; six grandchildren, Collin Denson, Jasmine Kubistek, Jade Bellish, Anthony Frank, Aiden Frank and Crispin Crowe and the mother of his children, Teresa Libra. Calling hours will be Saturday, Dec. 26 from 12 to 2 p.m. at Foster Funeral Home, 910 Fay Street, Fulton. A 2 p.m. service will follow at the funeral home.
