Jo-Ann M. Heer

Jo-Ann M. Heer, age 64 of Fulton, NY passed away peacefully on Friday, February 23, 2024, at St. Lukes Health Services, Oswego, NY with her loving family by her side.

Jo was predeceased by her beloved parents Richard S. and Bertha Engle.

Jo is survived by her loving daughter Laura (Brad) Miller; grandchildren, Shelby, Everly and Daphne; brother, Richard (Theresa) Engle; nurse and special friend, Melissa Patrick; several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Jo was an avid cat lover and football fan. She enjoyed the winter weather and admiring the snowfall. She loved to cook and bake for her family when she could. She was a loving soul, a caring mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, aunt, friend and cousin who will be dearly missed by all who loved and knew her.

Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, February 28, 2024, from 5pm to 7pm at Foster Funeral Home, 910 Fay Street, Fulton, NY. A graveside service will be held on Monday, April 22, 2024, where Jo will be laid next to her beloved parents at Mt. Adnah Cemetery, Fulton, NY.
