Obituary of Jean A. Fetkiw Farrell April 27, 2016 Jean A. Fetkiw Farrell, 62, of Fulton, passed away on Wednesday, April 27 at Oswego Hospital. She retired as a school teacher for the Port Byron Central School District and had previously taught in the Fulton School District and at Oswego County BOCES. Jean loved her students and enjoyed gardening and traveling. She was predeceased by her husband, Duane Farrell in 2012. Surviving are her brothers, John (Sonja) Fetkiw of Rochester and Joseph (Ellen Szopinski) Fetkiw of Fulton; step-son, Scott (Jeanne) Farrell of Oswego; step-daughter, Tia Preston of Tennessee and many nieces and nephews. There will be no calling hours or services.
