Frank R. Halstead

Frank R. Halstead, age 73 of Fulton, NY passed away at home on Sunday, May 19, 2024, with family by his side. Frank was born on December 4, 1950, in Hannibal, NY to the late Clark and Jean (Wilson) Halstead. He was also predeceased by his daughter, Norma Lou Halstead; brother, Howie and Randy Halstead; and sisters, Maryann, Frances and Donna.

Frank is survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Norma L. Halstead; son, John Halstead of Fulton, NY; sister, Linda Halstead of Oswego, NY; granddaughters, Caitlyn and Alexis Halstead both of Fulton, NY; brothers-in-law, Ricky Pulsifer of Fulton, NY, Ralph Pulsifer of Alabama, Steve (Donna) Baum of Volney, NY; sister-in-law, Sandy Pulsifer of Fulton, NY; and several nieces and nephews.

Frank was a US Marine Corp veteran. He enjoyed hunting, and spending time with his family, especially playing Scat card game with his granddaughters. He was a loving and devoted husband, father, brother, grandfather, uncle and friend who will be sorely missed by all who loved him.
