Obituary of Floyd D. Kelly, Jr. Floyd D. Kelly, Jr., 90, of Fulton, passed away on Saturday, July 4, 2020. A lifelong resident of Fulton, he was a son to the late Floyd Kelly, Sr., and Mildred Yager Kelly. Floyd was enlisted in the United States Marine Corp, serving during the Korean War. He was a long-time member of the Granby Fire Department and enjoyed woodworking. Floyd will be remembered for his kindness, being a jokester and eating at Mimi’s where everybody knew his name. He was predeceased by his wife, Esther and his niece, Joyce Richmond. Surviving are his daughter, Cathy (Seth) Hardy and son, Timothy (Milinda) Kelly; four grandchildren, Amber May, Seth Hardy, Christopher and Michael Kelly; two great- grandchildren, Jack and Barrett May; three siblings, George Kelly, Barbara Lighthall and Sandra Loveland and several nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 am on July 10 at Fairdale Rural Cemetery. Social distancing requirements will be required. Foster Funeral Home, Fulton has care of arrangements.
