Obituary of Elsie C. Shoults Marriner March 24, 2014 Elsie C. Shoults Marriner, 82, of Fulton, passed away on Monday, March 24 at home surrounded by her loving family. A native of Dexterville, she was a life resident of the Fulton area. Elsie was predeceased by her husband, Howard E. Marriner, Sr. in 1994 and by her stepson, Howard E. Marriner, Jr. in 2005. Surviving are her son, Vance (Jennifer) Marriner of Fulton; grandsons, Grant and Griffin Marriner of Fulton and Mitchel Marriner of Salisbury, MD; two sisters, Florence Shoults and Gladys (Leonard) Daniels all of Fulton and many nieces and nephews. Calling hours are from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday, March 28 at Foster Funeral Home, Inc., 910 Fay Street in Fulton. Burial will be held at a later date at Hannibal Center Cemetery in Hannibal.
