Elmer John Shamowski

Elmer J. Shamowski, 87, of Fulton passed away on April 27, 2025 at the Manor at Seneca Hill. He was born in Pennsylvania to the late Joseph and Anna (Voydanich) Shamowski. Elmer worked as a Supervising Electrician for many years for Miller Brewing Company in both Fulton, NY and Upland, CA.
In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his wife, Eleanor, in 2021.
He is survived by five children, Paul (Deb) Shamowski, Sharon (Aaron) Kinville, Carolyn Shamowski, Jeannie (Jon) Poyneer and Darrin Shamowski; seven grandchildren, Aaron, Mike, Chelsea, Jimmy, Kevin, Ryan and Amanda. Elmer’s family would like to offer heartfelt thanks to the staff at the Manor at Seneca Hill for the caring and compassionate care Elmer received. There will be no calling hours or services at this time. Foster Funeral Home has care of arrangements.
