Obituary of Elliott Perry Elliott Perry, 42, of Fulton, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, May 18, 2021. Born in Oswego, he was the son to Dennis and Lorraine (Austin) Perry and attended Fulton Schools. He was predeceased by his father, Dennis in 1978. Surviving are his two children, Dylan, and Travis; his mother, Lorraine; his brother, Dennis and his sister, Trinity and several nieces and nephews. Calling hours will be from 12-2 pm on Friday, June 4 at Foster Funeral Home, 910 Fay Street, Fulton.
