Dorothy R. Price

Dorothy “Dottie” Price, 89, of Oswego, NY, formerly of Cato, NY, Levittown and Folsom, PA, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving children on March 17, 2024.

Born in Philadelphia, PA. to the late Arthur and Dorothy Donohue, she lived in New York for the past six years.

She married her late husband, Donald H. Price, and together they raised three children.

In addition to being a homemaker, Dottie was very sweet natured, young at heart and had a silly sense of humor. She loved when people would make her laugh. Dottie was a published poet, loved gardening and crafts, and was an avid reader.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband Donald H. in 1986.

Dottie is survived by her loving children, Donald S. Price of Delaware County, PA, Deanna Price of Levittown, PA, and Lori (Price) Nilsen, and her husband Robert of Sterling, NY; grandchildren, Brian, and his wife Shaa Mayger, Douglas Nilsen, Isaac Nilsen, Crystal Nilsen and Ashley Richman; great-grandchildren, Brighton Mayger, Brixton Mayger and Brian Mayger, Jr.

There will be a small celebration of life at a future date at Whitemarsh Cemetery in Horsham, PA. where she will be laid to rest next to her husband Donald H. Price.
