Obituary of Donna J. Barnes November 15, 2014 Donna J. Barnes, 59, of Fulton, passed away on Saturday, November 15, 2014 at Upstate University Hospital. She was born on April 17, 1955, in Amesbury, MA, a daughter to Ronald L. and Bernice E. Craig Ordway. Donna graduated high school from Mexico Academy in 1973. Her career was spent changing people’s lives in human services. She enjoyed spending time at camp and making memories with her children and grandchildren. Donna was predeceased by her father, Ronald. She will be greatly missed and forever loved by her husband, James K. Barnes of Fulton; mother, Bernice Ordway of Fulton; four children, Eric (Amy) Barnes of Auburn, Karla Barnes of Fulton, Nicholas (Katie) Barnes of NJ and Megan (James) Bomgren of Fulton; seven grandchildren; two brothers, Ronald Ordway of Fulton and Patrick (Claudia) Ordway of Hannibal; one sister, LeAnn (John) Schadt of Hannibal as well as several cousins, nieces and nephews. Calling hours are Thursday from 5 to 7 pm at Foster Funeral Home, 910 Fay St., Fulton, where a memorial service will follow at 7 pm. Memorial contributions may be made to United Way, 1 S. 1st St., Fulton, NY 13069 in her memory. She was a wonderful women who is loved and will be greatly missed by all.
