Obituary of Donald W. Cooper Donald W. Cooper, 76 of Fulton, passed away on Friday, April 24, 2020 at Van Duyn Center in Syracuse. He was a native of Hannibal. Donald was predeceased by his wife, Bonnie in 2013 and son, Douglas in 1997. Surviving are his daughter, Gayle (Patrick); grandchildren, Patrick, Christina, Shelby and Morgan; five great-grandchildren; sisters, Lora (Gary) and Brenda (Jesse) as well as several cousins, nieces and nephews. At this time there will be no calling hours or service. Burial will be in Hannibal Village Cemetery. Donations may be made to Alzheimer’s Association, Central New York Chapter, 441 West Kirkpatrick Street, Syracuse, New York 13204, in Donald’s memory. Foster Funeral Home, Fulton, has care of arrangements.
