Obituary of Deborah J. Florczyk May 16, 2014 Deborah J. Florczyk, 57, of Fulton, passed away Friday at Oswego Hospital. She was born in Fulton, a daughter to George Gates and the late, Patricia Dashner. Debbie was a life resident of the Fulton-Hannibal area and attended G. Ray Bodley High School. She was a bus driver for O.C.O., Hannibal Central Schools and the Phoenix School District. Debbie enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, fishing and collecting dolls and movies. In addition to her mother, Debbie was predeceased by her step father, Paul Dashner. She is survived by her four children, Billie Jean Florczyk, Michael (Leslie) Florczyk, Edward Florczyk and David Florczyk all of Fulton; her father, George Gates of Mexico, NY; siblings, Denise Trombly of Palmer, MA., Sheila Clark of Fulton, George Manchester of OH, David Manchester of Memphis, NY, Shawn Gates of MA, Coleen Proppe of East Syracuse, Michael Gates of N.C. and Alicia Weems of AL., eight grandchildren, Joseph, Joshua, Makayla, Mathew, Samantha, Spencer, Savanna and Madison as well as several nieces and nephews. Funeral services are private. Calling hours are 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, May 21, at Foster Funeral Home, 910 Fay St. Fulton.
