Obituary of David F. Gifford March 18, 2014 David F. Gifford, 71, of Oswego formerly of Fulton, passed away March 18. Surviving: daughter, Gigi Bellardini of East Syracuse; sister, Denise (John) Wall of Fulton; grandchildren, nieces and nephews. There are no calling hours. Graveside services at Mt. Adnah Cemetery, Fulton will be held at a later date. Foster Funeral Home, Fulton has care of arrangements.
