Daniel Leo Luke Leclair

Daniel Leo Luke LeClair, a.k.a. “Screwnuts” of Hannibal passed away peacefully at home on December 23 at the age of 64. Born on January 5, the same day as his mother which made him the favorite of all 8 siblings. He was a proud native Fultonian, the best shooter from his high school basketball team, an outdoorsman who loved hunting (provided it wasn’t too cold), camping (provided it didn’t rain all day as experienced on a few occasions with his family) and flannel shirts…with the sleeves cut off.

Dan was predeceased by parents Alton and Ann LeClair, brother Robert Alnutt, sister Sherri LeClair Arnold, brother in law Scott Moroz, and sister in law Lisa Pellarin LeClair.

Dan is survived by his long-time girlfriend Sheryl, sister Michelle (Robert) Narad, sister Norine LeClair, sister Danise (Roger) Dennison, brother Patrick LeClair, sister Lynn Moroz, sister in law Carol Alnutt, brother in law John Arnold as well as 15 nieces and nephews and 10 great nieces and nephews which makes family get togethers chaotic, entertaining and most enjoyable.

Known by many, understood by few, he had a true and genuine heart. He will be missed.
