Daisy A. Godkin

Obituary of Daisy A. Godkin March 20, 2014 Daisy A. Godkin, 92, of Fulton, passed away Thursday evening at Michaud Residential Health Services. She was born in Pennellville, a daughter to the late Ralph and Flora Dievendorf and resided all her life in Fulton. Daisy worked at the Nestle Company before becoming a homemaker. She was a member of the State Street United Methodist Church. In addition to her parents, Daisy was predeceased by her husband, Clarence “Deak” Godkin, who died in 1981; a daughter, Patty Godkin in 1968; four sisters, Eleanor, Dora, Jennie and Elizabeth. She is survived by her children, Ralph (Judy) Godkin of Fulton, Linda (Gordon) Walts of Phoenix and Ruth (Bob) McCraw of El Cajon, Ca.; three brothers, Paul, Lee (Joan), Fred (Carol) Dievendorf all of Fulton; eight grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren as well as several nieces and nephews. Calling hours are 2 to 4 p.m. Tuesday, March 25, with services to follow at Foster Funeral Home, 910 Fay St., Fulton.
