Obituary of Cynthia M. Neivel August 21, 2016 Cynthia M. Neivel, 60, a lifelong resident of Palermo, NY passed away Sunday August 21 after a long battle with Huntington’s Disease. Cindy was known for her strong faith and love for Jesus. She was predeceased by her parents, Burton and Lucille Colling and her brother, David Colling. Cynthia was a loving wife to her husband of 41 years, William Neivel; devoted mother to her children, Amber Neivel and Leaha (Corey) Smith and a beloved grandmother to four grandchildren, Lexy, Dylan, Lily, and Cylus. In addition to her husband, children and grandchildren, she is survived by a brother, Burton (Connie) Colling Jr., sister, Patricia Ryan and many nieces and nephews. Calling hours will be 5 to 7 p.m. on Wednesday, September 7 with a service to immediately follow at 7 p.m. at Foster Funeral Home, 910 Fay St., Fulton.
