May 10, 1930 — March 7, 2023

Clara Yarrow Cooper “Tottie”, 92 years young, died of natural causes on Tuesday, March 7, 2023, with family by her side. She loved golfing and socializing at her Fair Haven golf league, yoga with her longtime friends at the Red Creek Community Center, shopping, dining out, and spending time with family and friends. Tottie was predeceased by her husband, David E. Cooper in 2011 and her siblings, Ruth and Robert Yarrow.

Surviving are her son, David J. (Liz) Cooper, daughter, Joye (Pierre) Morrisseau; four grandchildren, Neal Cooper, Todd Cooper, Erin Morrisseau, and Colin Morrisseau; sisters, Arlene Thompson and Kaye Reyn; and many nieces, nephews, and great-grandchildren.

A special thanks to Tottie’s doctors and nurses on Crouse Hospital’s 4 th floor north and Crouse Cardiology, whose quality of care and compassion went above and beyond; and Loretto’s The Nottingham skilled care unit for giving her a beautiful space to be with her family.

In respect to Tottie’s wishes, no services will be held. A Celebration of Life will be planned when the weather is sunny and warm because she hated the cold and snow. Margaritas will be provided in her honor.

Foster Funeral Home has care of arrangements.
